I recently hired Will's Carpenter LLC for a home renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Tom is incredibly reliable, always showing up on schedule and ready to work. I hired Will's Carpenter LLC to add cabinets and two drawers to my built in bookshelf. He was available with a really quick turnaround, which was very convenient. He was very communicative and responsive to texts. The final product looks lovely, but I did have to have his guy come back to fix something that wasn't even. He did fix it. He also charged me extra at the end to install handles on the cabinets and drawers. In his defense, I hadn't specifically mentioned handles for the cabinets and drawers before, but since one of the cabinets was very difficult to open without a handle, it seems like something that could have been broached earlier in the process.

UPDATE: Will got back to me with the paint color after I posted this review. Amending to 4 stars for the quality of work he performed on the job. Will did a nice job on the work he did, but wasn't able to finish the job at the price quoted, so he did not come back the second day. I ended up hiring another person to finish it.

We start a meeting and then I will send a proposal. If the client approves. I will send a formal estimate with start date and signature from both parties.
