I hired Will's Carpenter LLC to add cabinets and two drawers to my built in bookshelf. He was available with a really quick turnaround, which was very convenient. He was very communicative and responsive to texts. The final product looks lovely, but I did have to have his guy come back to fix something that wasn't even. He did fix it. He also charged me extra at the end to install handles on the cabinets and drawers. In his defense, I hadn't specifically mentioned handles for the cabinets and drawers before, but since one of the cabinets was very difficult to open without a handle, it seems like something that could have been broached earlier in the process.

He is absolutely fabulous!!! The work quality is impeccable, combined with outstanding communication and clarity of pricing and pricing options. Our project included replacing all of the trim & doors, railings and building multiple cabinets and closets in common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. He also has a strong network of other professionals including painter, electrician, plumber, tiler, hard-wood floors and pretty much everything we needed, that he coordinated with seamlessly. He was so professional, hard-working, clean & talented. They got it all done on time and with the costs projected!

UPDATE: Will got back to me with the paint color after I posted this review. Amending to 4 stars for the quality of work he performed on the job. Will did a nice job on the work he did, but wasn't able to finish the job at the price quoted, so he did not come back the second day. I ended up hiring another person to finish it.
