- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and honest - we're not looking to overcharge you or break the bank to get a tree taken care of. We'll always give you an honest opinion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll get in contact with you and ask you a little about your project. From there we'll schedule a time to come out and take a look at the project and give you some options and suggestions based off what you're looking for. If you would like to continue moving forward we'll get you scheduled for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the business since 1999 and haven't come across a tree that I couldn't handle. I became a Licensed Tree Expert (LTE) in 2021 and take continuing education courses to stay up to date with the industry.
