I called Eco Pro Restoration. We agreed day and time. Jerry called 15 minutes ahead, he came as agreed, inspected for mold and mildew, used a moisture meter and visual inspection. Gave some information about mold and mildew and ways to prevent both. We are glad we called this company. Thank you Jerry for coming and helping us to feel more comfortable.

I can not express my gratitude enough for the quality, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness of working with Jerry and the team. I initially hired the company for an extensive mold remediation in the basement of a home I am remodeling. When Jerry and I met at the property, he was so knowledgeable and thorough that he explained the additional work I needed to have done in order to prevent additional issues with water damage. I can not tell you how refreshing it was to have someone just tell you what you need and not try to take advantage of you. So in addition to a full mold remediation (not pictured), the team also corrected some gnarly work previously done on my downspouts (pictured), enlarged the drain by my back door (pictured), replaced my sump pumps, and with Jerry's great advice, I have a landscaper on deck to complete the job. Work was completed within a week of hiring. Follow-up and communication were excellent! It was such a great experience. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We always use Xactimate. That's the same as the insurance companies use.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keeping them calm is key, as long as no one was hurt during the damage/loss it can always be replaced or even salvaged.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are locally family owned business and have our certified papers to prove it.
