We always use Xactimate. That's the same as the insurance companies use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keeping them calm is key, as long as no one was hurt during the damage/loss it can always be replaced or even salvaged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are locally family owned business and have our certified papers to prove it.
