Mr. Mugo just left my home after cleaning my Dryer vent all the way to the outside of my basement. He was on time (texted me his approximate arrival time), He was appropriately dressed and followed the usual safety protocols. He took pictures and gave me an evaluation of the vent condition before starting the work. As part of this evaluation, he found that a section of the 1996 vent needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price. I agreed and he proceeded. The whole process and experience went very well. I will have MyDuctDoc back next year for an annual cleaning. Thanks, Benjamin.
