I'll start by saying I should have done before and after pictures to show the difference. He showed up on time, ready to rock. The estimate was off by $100 as I forgot to include a small hallway and what I counted as 2 rooms he counted as 3, which accounts for the additional cost. As for the service, it was superb! My floors look like new again and my house looks brighter. More importantly, my wife was pleased with the work, and she is never satisfied, lol. Definitely recommend him for great carpet cleaning work.

He was absolutely amazing!!! Cleaned all of the vents and the entire ac/furnace area. We had to add on cleaning the furnace and he gave me an extremely professional opinion and price for what was needed considering it was a last minute addition. Everything was top notch and the house smells so wonderful already!! I would 100% recommend Lux Ducts for all of the vents/furnace/ac cleaning to anyone who asked. They are professional and extremely quick to respond. I had a thumbtack out for maybe 15 minutes and heard back, with an immediate set up time. If you ever need this done, please go with them!!

Too funny! I texted the Supplier my completed address and mobile number only to receive a response requesting my "full address", so I replied that in addition to the information provided, the address was in The United States of America on the planet Earth in the Milky Way Galaxy. I couldn't figure out how much more information I could provide in terms of an address. The appointment was between noon and two in the afternoon. Around 1:20, I was on the telephone with a client and they called three times in a row (never left a message). I was able to answer on the fourth time he called only to have him ask me to confirm our appointment (for the third time no less). He was 2 minutes late, but got right to work and completed the whole job in about 25 minutes. Very professional and worth the value! Just odd Customer Service.

They responded very quickly and came and got the duct vent cleaned and also helped get a bird nest safely out of the exhaust fan vent. They give great price as well and do quality, efficient, professional work. Highly recommended for any duct cleaning service!
