I cannot express how beautiful of a job this company has done for my home. They went above and beyond to making this home a gorgeous space. From the beginning when we first discussed the plan to completion they have been responsive and knowledgeable about the route we needed to take to accomplish the job and the price was very competitive against other flooring companies. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free in Home Estimates, we'll give you your quote at the time of your estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just reach out to schedule an estimate, we'd come to your home and discuss different flooring ooptions, depending on what your looking for in your new floors. We'll show you samplestowe have a large selection of in stock flooring options and a massive selection of special order samples if you wanted something specific. Once we decide on a flooring option, we'd schedule an installation date, then come at the scheduled date a time and install your new floors!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a family business, we've been in the flooring industry for over 35 years. We're licensed, insured, don't hire any subcontractors all of our installers are masters of their trade and our full time employee that have completed an apprenticeship while working with us before becoming a certified installer. You only get the best quality when you go with Moe's.
