Joshua did an outstanding job! I was experiencing several plumbing issues in my home, including problems with water pressure, my upstairs and downstairs showers, and my whole-house water filtration system. Joshua took the time to troubleshoot the issues, explain what was going on, and make sure everything was working properly.
What impressed me most was his patience, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done right. He didn’t give up when things became challenging and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Both showers are now working, and my water pressure has improved tremendously.

We had a great experience with Josh. He not only fixed the pipe that was actively leaking (pic on the left) but also took the time to replace other sections that could cause problems in the future (right pic is after replacement). He explained everything he was going to do in a clear and patient way, making sure we understood the work before he started.
