Best ever, received a phone call from them, was able to fully explain the situation and get answers to my questions without texting back and forth. Set an appointment for Monday at 3-5 pm. I received a phone call at noon on Monday, he asked if he could arrive early, I said yes, he was here at 12:30.😊 He went right to work , fixed the issue, helped me to restock the dryer and the price was acceptable.

After about a month trying to work with another company with negative results I contacted Rafael about my oven not working properly. He responded to my inquiry within a reasonable time. We scheduled an appointment he came out and diagnosed the problem (which the other company claimed they fixed but didn’t) ordered the part needed, returned a few days later and actually fixed my oven just in time to cook for thanksgiving. I am happy and will reach out for future needs.
