Had my Kitchen installed in 2022. The work was good, and the installers took care to protect my cabinets during the process. When I had a concern, the PM was very responsive. Only reason for a 4 and not a 5 is that there was a plumbing problem that I called about after they reattached the sink drain pipe. Someone came out to fix it - I thought. But it still leaked, and that I didn't discover until I found water in my brand new cabinet! I was pretty annoyed. Overall, a solid 4 because the cabinet work was very good.

JW did a great job on adding a slider to our home! They were very responsive to get us scheduled and map out the project plan and able to start very quickly. The team started on time and finished within a few days. We ran into a problem with the slider that we ordered (due to manufacturer, not JW) and the team took care of it immediately without any trouble. Team was super respectful in our house and all were able to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be hiring again for future projects!

Jw Cornerstone was a great company to work with. Jay, the owner, is very down to earth and willing to show you way to save money by reusing already existing features in your house. The workers were the best, always on time and worked until the job got done. I highly recommended them for anyone looking for a remodel of their kitchen or basement. We had a bit of an issue with one of the reps from the company, but Jay listened to us and ensured we were taken care of.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we price our jobs as competitive as possible for our industry and the size of our company we give discounts to repeat customers and provide additional discounts on work and other means of compensation for referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we will come out and we will give you an either on the spot estimate or we will email you a proposal. once we go into a contract with a new client we then hand the job over to a project coordinator who communicates with the client from the time of the sale all the way until the time of the start of the job, then the crews get scheduled and we keep the customer up on installation and time frames and create a lasting relationship with our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
one of the owners has over 20 years experience in the trades taking voctional school since high school and staying in the construction industry from that point until now the other owner has h v a c and real estate experience with a business and accounting background we have excellent very experienced installers and project coordinators.
