What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer great discounts for any initial treatment when starting any of our regular service plans. Depending on the service, the first treatment may be as low as $50!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a brief phone interview or ask a few questions via email to help us best understand the current situation that the client is dealing with. From there, we will quote the price and set a time for the service(s) to be competed or started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several years of experience in the pest control industry. We hold licenses for general pest control, rodent control, termite control, and mosquito control. In the state of Maryland, each of these requires a separate test.
