— I had a very unprofessional experience with this individual. Here are the issues I encountered: 1. We agreed on a price and a completion date. However, while working, he told me, “It’s a lot of work; I have another job, and we may have to finish another time.” I informed him that this was unacceptable due to my busy schedule and the fact that I hired him based on the agreed price and completion date. After I expressed this, he continued working. 2. After the work was completed, he increased the price from what we initially agreed upon, pressuring me to pay an additional $200. 3. I bought boxes of the necessary materials. Once the job was finished, he agreed to return the excess boxes of LVP to the store where I purchased them. Instead, he threw them away and failed to inform me. When I asked him to refund the money for the excess materials, he agreed. However, three weeks later, he is ignoring my calls and texts, and I have yet to receive a refund. It was a bad experience hiring this person.
