- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes a $100 dispatch fee (Weekdays) / $189 dispatch fee (Weekends) to come out to your home for an assessment. After evaluating your plumbing needs, we provide repair and/or replacement options. If you choose to move forward with the service same day, we waive that initial dispatch fee, ensuring no extra cost for the visit itself. This way, you only pay for the work we complete. We also offer transparent pricing and will always review everything with you before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we follow a straightforward and customer-focused process: Initial Assessment: We’ll send a skilled technician to your home to evaluate your plumbing needs and discuss any concerns you might have. Customized Options: Our technician will present you with detailed options for repair or replacement, ensuring you understand each choice's benefits and costs. Customer Decision: You’ll have the opportunity to decide which option best fits your needs and budget. We provide transparent information to help you make an informed decision. Efficient Service: We keep approximately 80% of the necessary parts and materials on our trucks, allowing us to complete most projects on the same day. Throughout the process, our goal is to ensure clear communication, professional service, and complete satisfaction. We’re here to make sure your plumbing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
