Hi I'm Sherrye! 18 year yoga practitioner. Life long yoga student and sometimes a teacher. I specialize in breath centered vinyasa and hatha style yoga. Breath and Balance Wellness offers a variety of yoga classes and wellness workshops. Our classes and workshops are designed to meet you where you are, so that you feel free to ask questions, move at your own pace, and embrace the process. Our mission is to support your wellness journey through mindful movement with integrity and to develop a supportive community.
