I initially reached out to Locksmith On Duty to have a sticky lock replaced, but when Alex arrived, he recommended repairing it instead, as it was still in good working condition. After about 20 minutes of effort, my lock was working like new! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Alex not only ensured the lock was functioning better than before, but he also cleaned up the area, checked the door’s overall condition, and explained why it was best to keep my existing deadbolt combination locks. He even adjusted the weatherstripping, which had been rubbing against the door and coming loose. As for pricing, I’ve never had a lock repaired before, so I’m not sure how it compares to market rates, but the peace of mind in knowing my door and locks are secure was worth it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Locksmith On Duty, especially Alex, and the work he did. I will definitely be recommending them to my neighbors, and I recommend them to you if you’re looking for professionals who know their industry!

Alex was outstanding! He was super patient and persistent in trying to fix a part of a very old vintage front door lock. It took a bit of ingenuity but he got it done. I'm super happy with all that he did, including tightening up the entire door frame, that he did on his own. Locksmith On Duty is definitely my go to locksmith!
