I needed a deadbolt added to my front door. Although it was not within scope of the project, the technician corrected the alignment of all of my door locks. I had been having issues with the door catching when closed which resulted in issues with my electric combination lock. The workmanship was excellent and the work was completed efficiently.

My k3ypad lock was broken... the tech let me know it needed a battery. Really, he could have replaced the lock without letting me know that. So, there was a lot of integrity here. I opted to change the lock because I bought a replacement and then use the old lock in another place. There were other issues with my door that were resolved, and now I have a fixed door and a replaced lock. This was excellent customer service! I highly recommend this company.
