Pay attention to details and do the service you were paid to do. I paid for deep cleaning with extras as fridge cleaning and it wasn't done properly. Check photos below and tell me how can a customer be pleased with this? I had to hire another cleaning service to clean again because I was expecting guests.

I was told they needed to come to check out the place to provide an estimate. We agreed on a time and date the day before. I called before the appointment time on the date and was sent to voicemail. About two hours later I get a message through thumbtack saying “to send pictures so they could provide an estimate”. What’s the point of waisting my time coordinating a visit with them and later being stood up if I could have just sent pictures from the beginning? Essentially, they stood me up yet still wanted my business. Next time, call the client and be upfront about you not being able to make it.

Silvia and Ellie were wonderful. I requested their service and they came same day to give me an estimate. Then we were able to arrange for a continuous service starting from the following week. They are very professional and they completed the job as requested. We are very happy with their service and we will continue on monthly basis.
