- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first find out their concerns, and then find out how much they know about home ownership. I can help them by finding existing problems and guide them about the cost of periodic maintenance and repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully licensed by the State of Maryland after taking the required courses and tests. I am certifieid by Inter-NACHI, which is the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am even a FAA licensed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle operator. This license allows me to conduct drone inspections of hard to reach structural components.
