I have never used Thumbtack but needed an electrician ASAP. I submitted my request and within 4 minutes, John called. He was professional and said he would check out my issue in an hour. It was already 6PM and I thought, that is very kind. At 7:45 PM he called to tell me what needed to be done, and said he was going to Home Depot. With the excessive heat, and no power - I felt very grateful. At almost 10 PM he finished and advised me of a few additional things I should consider. His price was extremely reasonable and you can tell he Loves what he does. He is definitely our new Electrician!
