- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain my pricing, and the way an event normally goes down. I then ask if they have any specific requests or needs for their event, and adjust accordingly. Generally we exchange numbers or emails so there's an open line of communication in the event of changes/rescheduling/etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of experience. 2 years of experience in ballons/facepaint. My partner has been in food service for 5 years, and has already had several gigs for the popcorn and cotton candy.
