Although we weren't able to use them in the end (the location had a provider already set to provide services but we didn't have prior notification) they were very responsive & they provide snow removal services for a few other locations we have. Thanks again guys for all your help & we will definitely let you guys know when we have any available sites in your area.

We wanted a new landing for our front stoop. Balco landscapes was very professional and came out and got it done very quickly despite the cold/wet weather we had. They did a clean job and even came back to clean our doors! They were very friendly, honest and hard workers. I would recommend hem to friends if hey need to get a job done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren't low bid contractors. We price jobs in order to complete them the right way with the highest standards. We either price jobs Time and Material or by the square foot. We will rarely be able to give an estimate without being able to visit the site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free designs/estimates Prefer face to face meeting to discuss ideas. Once all the details are ironed out we have a customer agreement that we have the customer sign to protect both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of experience in the landscaping field along with in class training
