- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We estimate based on the number of man hours required. We offer multiple services, but every service has the same rate. Therefore, some of our clients purchase a block of hours and use the hours on all the different services they need. However, our recurring customers purchase memberships and we set up recurring services for them. Members get a 15% off all service rates but, have a minimum 6 month commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a consistent method: 1. We find out the scope of the project or tasks by talking to the customer to get first hand information. 2. We assign everyone A "Judy", to be the person accountable and ensure that things get done the way they want it. 3. Your Judy will then match the requirements with the most qualified team member. 4. Your Judy will schedule the job. 5. Validate that the job was completed according to the specifics, and 6. Ask for feedback from the customer about how we could do better. 7. We incorporate that feedback into our internal processes and communicate to the teams.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in Business and Technology. I've spent 25 years planning, organizing, and solving problems for large and small efforts. The teams I manage have an average 5 to 15 years experience in their specific fields.
