What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In addition to standard hourly rate, I will provide limited scope representation, which allows an attorney to complete certain tasks within a case for a fixed rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial consultation, I send the customer an agreement to review. I welcome all questions about the contract. Once the contract is signed and I receive an initial payment, I send the client a link to my client management system to complete a questionnaire. Once I have the necessary information, I begin work on the case.
