This contractor and his crew are amazing; they did a fantastic job on my small patio at my townhouse in DC whereas I had huge problem of rodents (Adams Morgan and its restaurants....) digging holes in the dirt spaces b/w my patio slates and fences. The communication between this contractor and I (while I was in Canada) was seamless from the first communication through the end of the job (with pictures documenting progress through the end); they carried out the work efficiently and with great care and workmanship. Highly recommended for quality over price. For all hardscaping and softscaping projects, Carbajal is the go to contractor!!!

Our walkway was in dire need of repair due to the faulty quality of work completed by another contractor. We interviewed several contractors to repair the damage and chose Carbajal Contract. They listened to our concerns, assessed the damage, and offered a design/solution that was within fair market value. They arrived on time, communicated each step in the process, and completed to project on time. Their craftsmanship and quality of work were outstanding. I had a brick patio that was sinking in 2 corners and a block wall covered in plaster that was crumbling. They completed the job in 1 day, not finishing until after dark. The work was done completely (including moving furniture, grill, firepit, etc.), professionally, and for a very fair price. Very quick to respond and showed up at the agreed upon time. A bit of a language barrier, but nothing insurmountable and if needed, I'm sure google translate would take care of it. Can't recommend enough!!
