We’re not the biggest or smallest but a custom solution for your everyday needs. Empowered by our skills to support our clientele now and for the future. Locating a tech professional is difficult. Our success didn’t happen overnight. It started with a small operation and customers taking a chance. In the end, it paid off with customer satisfaction of our services and custom solutions for our clients needs. Each customer experience is different. Your wants vs. your needs. A small and effective blueprint for your IT infrastructure. Budget friendly and reliability is the standard. Learning more of the customers’ needs before they speak is the goal. Our journey starts with you. In 2020, we received calls for support due to covid. From small IT assistance to rebuilding IT infrastructure via Cloud Support Systems to Wifi connectivity issues. The calls came and business grew. We answered and now we’re Moonlight Solutions.

Pricing is very reasonable compared to market rates. Any additional work outside of the project will be discussed prior to any work being performed to ensure we're on the same page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, usually we do a consultation or a phone call so we can get all of the requirements for the project. We then provide a quote on the spot or via email depending on scope.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15 years of IT support along with AV experience. Experience includes government, private sector, and broadcasting.
