I had an issue with my Nest thermostat showing “no power to R wire” and being offline for weeks. Jamell came out quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and found that the condensate safety switch had fallen out of place. He fixed it promptly and got everything running again. Definitely hiring again! Cleaned our hvac system and showed me what position the damper lever should be in based on the season. We also had a new ecobee smart thermostat installed by 2P Services that has made a huge improvement on temperature regulation.
Showed up and fixed the issue on the same day and also pointed out possible future issues.

We have a 98% accuracy on properly diagnosing the equipment and making the repairs. If you don't get it right the first time we will return and make the repairs with no additional charges if the work is related to the first repair. The service fee is subject to change on holidays or after normal service hours. Please confirm fee when scheduling an appointment.
