- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we offer package pricing, we are very open to customization. We never want you to pay for services that you do not need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your customer-focused experience will begin 24-48 hours after you have signed your contract and paid your deposit. Your assigned planner, coordinator or designer will be in touch via email to walk you through your process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been executing and designing events for 15 years. We have many years of project management, organizational, critical as well as strategic thinking skills. We also have both formal and informal wedding industry training.
