I reached out for mini split installation. He called and told me he doesn’t want customers to buy the splits, he wants to supply himself for warranty purposes. He then asks me why not do ducts because they are “best for investment properties” and mini splits have issues. Then, he goes on to say he’s not comfortable installing mini splits. Waste of energy.
