- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary according to the frequency the customer wants to clean! The more frequent the cleaning the more discount you will have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is the estimation made by the app, we agree the price, schedule and if the customer is allergic to some type of product. After knowing the house and the customer to decide the frequency of cleaning we can analyze a possible discount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We study the products, test them before using them and train our team to do a job with dedication to every detail. We have the option of cleaning with organic products for customer preference.
