- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitively listed on our page and we only charge a $25 travel fee for distances over 25 miles from Zip Code 21113. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your appointment with us but you only pay us the rest after the job is complete, not before. We also don't charge extra for a set amount of photos taken. We take AS MANY photos as needed for that event and we will give you ALL of the photos (edited professionally) for the same price that you paid for. Too often we see other businesses charge for more than 10 photos or so and we just find that unacceptable, there should never be a limit on how many photos are taken to capture your moment or event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to understand what exactly the customer is requesting and how they want the job done and then we try to ask them for references of the kind of work they want and at that point we share ideas and formulate a plan on how we're going to tackle this job
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We've been wanting to start our own business of a creative type for over 5 years and just couldn't find the right outlet for it so we decided to give this a try and its been the most rewarding work of our lives.
