- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to get as much information from my customer as I possibly can. I ask questions, take notes and follow up with a checklist to the customer to make sure that we are on the same page. I remain in communication with the customer all the way through the planning process up to the completion of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended training courses and received my Responsible Server of Alcohol certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually got started bartending with my son a few years ago. I began to be an assistant bartender for some of his events. After getting further training and experience, i began bartending for caterers and event planners. I enjoy meeting new people and being of service to them in making their events special and memorable.
