- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies for each job. We do not give pricing over the phone or emails. We do offer discounts for veterans and club members!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we book a new customer, we collect information like their full name, service address, email address and best contact number. When the technician dispatches to you, he will call 30-45 minutes prior to arrival. Once on site, he will review your project with you and discuss pricing up front so there are no surprises in the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead technician has 20+ years of experience in plumbing. He is a licensed master plumber in Maryland. We currently staff 5 plumbers, 4 carpenters, and 3 mitigation technicians.
