- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With our services we do charge per pet / per service day ( not per 24hrs ). We do provide discounts as well for additional pets. We will explain more in depth during our meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we do a meet & greet face to face so that we can get to know our clients and our new fur friends! We discuss what their expectations of us are and what do we have to do in order to take care of their pets & their home. We ask questions about your animal’s behavior and if they are up to date with their shots.
