- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on being transparent. Once we conduct an assessment, we can develop a treatment plan that features our EPA-registered, plant-based products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we set up an appointment for an assessment. After conducting a thorough inspection and understanding each customer's needs, we provide the customer with a written estimate within 24 hours. We're here to explain any aspect of the estimate. Then we schedule the remediation work as well as a post-remediation assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Indoor Environmentalists certified by the American Council for Accredited Certification. The training focuses on understanding a range of indoor air quality issues: from moisture control and air filtration solutions to the nature of mold and mold growth, allergens, and odor issues.
