We hired MidCounty Hardwood Floors to install hardwood on 2 levels of our home. Kenia responded to our request for an estimate immediately and every bit of communication afterwards was just like the first - super quick, ultra courteous, and information rich. The craftsmanship delivered by MidCounty was top notch, with the team led by Salvador, who is extremely passionate and took great pride in his team's work. We are extremely delighted with results and would definitely hire MidCounty again for my next flooring job! We will also be recommending them to any friends who are also seeking to have their flooring replaced.

Kenia, Salvador and the team was awesome. They got the job done so quick and cleaned up after also. Kenia was so easy to work with and you can tell that she really cares about her customers and they have fair pricing unlike everyone else. They took out my carpet in three rooms, hallway and stairs and replaced with vinyl and hardwood stairs. They did it all in a day and a half.

Where do I start!! I needed my entire upstairs to have the carpet removed and install brand new solid hardwood flooring. Me and wife went around shopping and finally made a decision to get hand scrapped wood. I went on Thumbtack looking for installers and came across Mid County hardwood flooring. I scheduled for them to come and give me a quote.... Here comes Kenia Hernandez the BOSS lady...I honestly thought it would be a guy showing up to measure the floors but Kenia showed up. Kenia came on time and took measurements, answered all my questions related to the work. I received the quote from Kenia the same day. Quote was a little on the higher side but keep reading on... She was always available to answer phone calls. My steps needed hardwood flooring as well as the railings re done to match the floors. My wife wanted new metal balusters installed and have the current wooden ones removed. I received multiple quotes from other sources but Kenia being good at what she does, she knew exactly what my wife wanted. No other person came close to the experience she had. The balusters had to be designed (had multiple shapes and designs). She actually drew a layout of how they would sit. She helped me source the balusters as well since I didnt know where to get them from other than lowes or home depot. Because of her experience and the work she promised they would do, I went ahead and decided to give them the work. Other people who came over didn't know what a baluster was. 4 days before installation, Salvadore shows up with a team to put my wood that was in the garage and transfer it over into the house to let it it sit in room temperature. Salvadore is none other than Kenia's husband. Day of installation, Salvadore shows up on time with a team of 3 and start removing my old carpet. Salvadore and team do not play around. They work at lightning speed. Salvadore is very experienced at what he does. Upon removal of carpet, my plywood needed mold treatment. He immediately stopped what he was doing and ran to home depot and got supplies to treat my plywood. He treated my plywood that same day and left for the day. (Did this at no extra charge). Salvadore and teams work is impeccable.. They work with precision and speed at the same time delivering outstanding results. All in all, I am so happy with my wood flooring upstairs. They nailed and actually glued down the entire wood. I cannot see one gap between wood pieces. Total was a 1000 SQ FT. With the wood being expensive, I am really happy with the work they provided for the little extra charge they charged me. At the end, more work is going their way. They are scheduled to come and get my downstairs hardwood flooring done. Midcounty hardwood flooring is a family owned/driven business and I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in getting harwood flooring/refinishing done... 5 STARS to the team....
