Provident Electric re-scheduled on me 3 times. On the third time (after I called to inform them that no one showed up), a technician came by and we settled on a price for the work. He apologized for the back and forth but promised someone would be over in the next day to perform the work. The people came and attempted to re-quote us double the agreed upon amount. After some back and forth they would only honor the price if I agreed to pay the $70 quoting fee on top. I refused based on the prior agreement. They decided to not honor the price and leave. The work was never completed.
