2 stars because he was attentive and quick to come to the home to diagnose the problem with why my HVAC outdoor unit kept shutting off. The reason why the other stars weren't given was because the diagnosis he gave didn't fix the problem. When I told him that the HVAC unit shut off again- less than 24 hours later- he then informed me that every time he comes out to diagnose the problem it's another diagnosis fee. During the diagnosis, he looked at some things and told me that those weren't the cause of the unit shutting off. Thus, all he did was tighten up some screws and blow away a cobweb. I then contact him by text message and I was informed that he would charge me another diagnosis fee and it would take him a week to come back out. This is puzzling because if you didn't make the correct diagnosis the first time, how am I supposed to trust you enough to pay you again? So, if anyone is considering him for service, just be mindful of this issue. I do not recommend.
