Keith of Schmelzer Family Wildlife Removal was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. He inspected our entire house and explained in detail what should be done. When he came to take care of our problem, his wife was with him to help out. Both are very respectful. I will call Keith anytime I have a pest issue.

I booked Schmelzer due to a squirrel living in my attic, and he came a few days later. He advised me on several services and gave advice for the insulation that was helpful. It took only a day to capture the squirrel in the cage, and he came the same day to pick it up. My only concern is that the pricing is way above market, and I likely won’t book again for that reason.

They were excellent! Expert and knowledgeable in wildlife and caring. They were the third company we tried and from the first assessment he knew exactly what the issue was. A family of raccoons, not squirrels or birds as we had been told. He was very thorough and made sure to get the entire family of raccoons; they were carried away with a heart. (sorry did the late review — work was done 6/2023)
