Keith of Schmelzer Family Wildlife Removal was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. He inspected our entire house and explained in detail what should be done. When he came to take care of our problem, his wife was with him to help out. Both are very respectful. I will call Keith anytime I have a pest issue.

Quick and quality service for our issue with birds entering a vent. He inspected, cleared, treated, and installed a vent cover to prevent the birds from re-entering, as well as ordered a quality cover for a second vent. He also performed a thorough check of our exterior and attic. Excellent description of the services and processes throughout and offered a variety of service and warrantee options.

They were excellent! Expert and knowledgeable in wildlife and caring. They were the third company we tried and from the first assessment he knew exactly what the issue was. A family of raccoons, not squirrels or birds as we had been told. He was very thorough and made sure to get the entire family of raccoons; they were carried away with a heart. (sorry did the late review — work was done 6/2023)
