Rohming truly saved the day for me! I can't imagine the hassle and expense I would’ve faced if I had gone with the first plumber. My bathtub drain was completely clogged. The first plumber spent two hours working on it and concluded that there was a hard object stuck in the drain. He said the only solution was to open my downstairs neighbor’s ceiling to replace the trap and drain pipe. Wanting a second opinion, I reached out to Rohming’s team after reading their great reviews on Thumbtack. Rohming arrived promptly and, after just two minutes of assessing the situation, confirmed that they would need access to my neighbor’s unit. He explained the scope of work to my neighbor and helped coordinate everything for the following Saturday. Rohming and his team arrived right on time. After a thorough inspection of the situation from the downstairs unit, Rohming decided to try snaking the pipe with a chemical treatment before opening up the ceiling. Thankfully, his approach worked perfectly—within no time, the drain was flowing again! I’m beyond grateful for Rohming’s expertise and problem-solving skills.
