They offered to do an estimate and at every step of the way they did what they said - they followed up when they said they would; they came to the appointment when they scheduled it and the one time it was rescheduled, they provided me with 24 hours advance notice to change it. Friendly and courteous, I would work with Trevor in the future. Right now we weren't able to afford the work but when we have budgeted enough I would trust them to do the work based on their integrity and professionalism.
