- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a call center that is trained to get all information 24/7 hours a day. Once we receive the potential clients information, we follow-up for a phone interview within 24-48 business hours. Next we schedule a property inspection. Last we supply a copy of our contract as well as a list of things the owner will need to do to get their home rent ready.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been very successful in the Property Management industry. One Property Manager started solely managing her own Investment Properties and did so well other Investors asked her to manage theirs. The other Property Manager comes from the corporate world as has worked every position from Leasing Agent, Bookkeeper, Property Manager and District Regional Manager
