- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge up to 8.5% of the monthly rent. No additional fees. I do not charge if there is a gap in tenants and do not charge markup for any services so the quotes I get for any services needed is the price you pay. If you have multiple properties I reduce the rate to 7% per property. I charge a flat fee of $500 to place a tenant and do not place a tenant without a proper credit check and background check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first would like to schedule a phone interview or meeting. Then I would like to view the property in question to see the condition of the house and if there are any quick fixes that need to be made to get the highest rent for that market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Finance and Maryland State Licensed Real Estate Agent, two decades of construction experience.
