We offer competitive flat-rate pricing based on the size of your space and cleaning requirements, no hidden fees ever. First-time customers receive 15% off their initial cleaning, and we offer monthly service packages at discounted rates. We also offer seasonal promotions throughout the year, so it's worth asking what specials we're currently running.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick phone consultation to understand your specific needs, followed by an in-person walkthrough of your space to provide an accurate quote. Once we agree on services and pricing, we'll schedule your first cleaning at a time that works for you. After the initial service, I personally follow up to ensure everything met your expectations and make any adjustments needed for future cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I regularly attend industry workshops to stay current on the latest techniques and products. I also have background training in workplace safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. We're all insured, bonded, and have passed extensive background checks.
