Naturally water leaks can be a stressful situation. Often leading to trusting professionals that don’t have your best interest in mind. I can be very critical of combination, punctuality, patience with customers, and efficiency. This professional is by far one of the best I have come across. While my situation wasn’t an emergency his response was immediate. He wasn’t even the first person I contacted in which I still haven’t gotten a response from the other professional. Not only did he reach out to me but he came out same day. It made me feel like I mattered. He didn’t come bust up a bunch of walls and this leak was not easy to find. He found where it was coming from without opening any walls. He was extremely patient while offering useful information for the future. Finally his pricing was a pleasant surprise at the end. He had the kind of service where I would no longer look for a plumber, I will just look for him. 5 star plumber for sure!!!!!

Really appreciate Moore plumbing for coming to my aid after a tenant reported a wet spot (seemingly out of no where). Another plumber told me my pipes may be frozen so I naturally fell into a controlled panic. Got on thumbtack first thing and Moore was the first to respond and come to the scene. He showed my tenant how to turn off the valve so the ice sculpture could stop replicating and eventually melt without causing more damage.
