FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on event duration, crowd size, whether I'm "bringing the bar" (providing the liquor/cordials), and distance...but I'm willing to scrap and beat prices if necessary!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to gather event details like the start time, end time, place, head count, etc., as well as capture the customer's vision for the event. From there, I try to tailor my style of bartending and menu of cocktails to their event. After that, we discuss pricing - and once we can agree on a price, the customer puts down a nonrefundable half of the total to secure the date/time and we can start preparations for the event!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into mixology at a young age I was always seeking new flavors combinations and trying out different ideas in attempt to create something greater than the ingredients by themselves. When I got older and frequented the gym, I started to make smoothies every day to help with my protein intake. Naturally, having the same flavor everyday got as dry as the protein powder I was using so I decided it was time to mix things up! Over time, I came up with 100+ flavors and started a smoothie business! From there, I decided to challenge myself to turn my popular smoothie flavors into cocktails so I could serve them at house parties. After a few successful trials, I decided to get into bartending! And the legend continues...
