- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will not be a fee to come to your home for an assessment, but there will be a fee if our tools are used for diagnose. We provide repair and replacement depending on the need after the evaluation. If you decide to move forward, we will work for you with transparent pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a call, we will send a skilled technician to your home to evaluate your plumbing needs and discuss any concerns you might have, and a technician will provide you with detailed information on the options for repair/replacement with the cost. After you ensure a hundred percent, we will proceed with our work based on your decision. We have approximately eighty percent of the necessary parts and materials on our trucks, which help us finish the project on the same day. We’re here to make sure your plumbing needs are met efficiently and effectively, and our focus and intention are to give our customers satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have skillful technicians who are highly trained related to the plumbing field. We have staff who have the Certificate of Mater Plumbers and have licensed technicians. Additionally, we are fully insured.
