FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that couples cannot not afford not to have counseling and services that will provide them with a GREAT relationship start. We will work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: The process usually begins with the customer expressing interest in the product or service. This could be through email, phone, website inquiries, or in-person visits. Needs Assessment: The service provider or sales representative conducts a needs assessment to understand the customer's requirements, preferences, and objectives. This may involve asking questions, gathering information, and listening actively to the customer's concerns and priorities. Proposal or Quote: Based on the needs assessment, the service provider prepares a proposal or quote outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and other relevant details. This document serves as a formal offer to the customer. Negotiation and Agreement: The customer may review the proposal or quote and negotiate terms with the service provider if necessary. Once both parties agree on the terms and conditions, they sign a contract or agreement to formalize the engagement.
