Henry responded promptly to my inquiry and was able to assess my hot water heater within a couple hours on a Saturday. As my hot water heater was 10 years old, it turned out that I needed to order a replacement part, which arrived a few days later. At that point, Henry returned and replaced the old part with the new part. The hot water heater then worked as expected. Henry was easy to communicate and work with throughout the entire process of diagnosis to installation of the new part. He left the area clean as well.

Contacted Henry at 9:45p on holiday, he was here by 10:30 and done in less than 30 minutes. It's an old system and he figured out the problem quickly and explained how he addressed it and even suggested next steps to fully resolve the issue (plumbing problem that has to wait until spring). Very professional, very kind, very thorough and efficient. Would definitely recommend him.

Henry showed up same day to fix my fireplace after finishing up his scheduled clients. The pilot light on my gas fireplace had blew out multiple times, and it finally would not reignite. Henry cleaned off the interior components to facilitate ignition and burning, reset the electrical components, and successfully lit my pilot light. He also performed multiple test to ensure the fireplace would fully ignite. I was able to test the fireplace myself a few times as he answered a few questions for me. Great service especially as we prepare for the cold weather.
