- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process with working with a new customer is a Health and Goal Interview via phone or face to face sit down. This allows us (client and I) to academically put together a vision and projected progression plan that perfectly suits the journey. Personal training is not just counting reps, their has to be a relationship established and we have to be on the same page. Comfortability, Motivation and Progress are the most important pieces for solution services like health training. This is a service and you have to feel empowered first and foremost. We need to be able to communicate when you are tired, or feel like giving up or quitting. I need to know what drives you outside of the common goal you have.
