Regular Movers charged us a flat rate, which we prefer over paying by the hour. That way we know exactly how much we will be paying upfront. They arrived late due to traffic, but once they got there, they did an excellent job. They were fast, extremely polite and they took very good care of our belongings. If I had to offer one suggestion, I would recommend that you call your customer ahead of time to let them know that you will be late. But aside from that, you guys are absolutely AMAZING! Thank you for doing your job so well. 😃

Moved a dining table and 8 chairs 20 miles from VA to MD. Prompt and responsive communication over text to make arrangements. Started on time. The 2 movers were polite, efficient but also very careful with our furniture and wood flooring. Really the perfect fit for this job

Price was reasonable. Sharp response when i reached out to them for same day mover. They arranged and covered the mattress, no damages on bed they loosed and coupled back. They were very fast. Their presence removed the stress of moving from me.

I’m very happy that I found regular movers to pick up and deliver a purchase for me from craigslist. I have never encountered such wonderful service with movers previously, and even the pick up house mentioned how wonderful they were in terms of loading everything and getting it all on the truck and to me safely. I didn’t even have to meet them there. Highly recommend if you buy something large on craigslist that will not fit in your SUV. I would definitely use reliable movers again and recommend them to anyone else in the metro area who needs movers. Their efficient, friendly, and take great care in their work.
