Introduction

I was making over $100,000 a year and frivolously spending money on eating out and shopping. At the end of each month, I had little to no savings and I wondered where my money went. Living paycheck to paycheck was getting old. I decided this is not the life I wanted for myself or for my wife and kids. I started budgeting my money, paid off debt, built an emergency fund, and began the journey of building wealth. Now I motivate, inspire, and teach others how to reach their financial goals. Thank you so much for coming and speaking to our students. The feedback I have received is that it has them thinking about their future careers and how they need to understand to manage their money. I have even overhead a few speaking about how to save and needing to know how much they need to have to afford certain bills. This was a perfect jumping off point for our guest speaker series.
