- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary based on the clients current skin issues/ concern. Sometime multiple treatments may be required in order to achieve the best treatment and result . Add on treatments are usually more benefitting for deeper skin penetration.

As an esthetician, my typical process with a new customer should include: 1. Consultation: Begin with a thorough consultation to understand their skin type, concerns, goals, and any medical history or allergies. 2. Skin Analysis: Perform a detailed analysis to assess their skin’s condition and determine the best treatment plan. 3. Customized Treatment: Select treatments and products tailored to their specific needs, ensuring a safe and effective experience. 4. Education & Product Recommendations: Provide advice on skincare routines and recommend suitable products for at-home care. 5. Follow-up Plan: Discuss follow-up treatments or maintenance sessions to ensure lasting results. 6. Feedback & Adjustments: Check in with the client after the treatment and adjust future services based on their feedback and progress.
